Every company is different, with different growth strategies, different challenges, and different resources. After analysing the company’s business, sector, financials, collaterals, perceptions, shareholding, market capitalization, stock liquidity and valuations, we develop a unique investor relations strategy for each client. This strategy includes thought processes like how to position the company, how to change perceptions if required, what kind of investors to target, how to diversify the shareholding or attract the desired types of investors, etc

Post Mandate Research and Analysis

For each client our team performs detailed research and analysis of the company’s fundamentals, financials, valuations, shareholding, perceptions, trading activities, etc. We then meet with the management’s of our client company’s to further understand their history, business, financials, strategy in more details.

Collateral Development

From catchy titles to strategically curated content services the company that tells the story and future growth potential, we create the content for the presentations after thorough research and analysis to improve the interest and understanding of stakeholders and potential investors. And right from conceptualisation of the theme, to aesthetics and layout, our presentation designs are a perfect blend of precise and impactful visuals that engross the reader.

Meeting & Servicing Investor Community

We identify the relevant analysts from new brokerage houses and institutional investors that would potentially write research reports on the company or invest in the company. We then meet identified analysts individually, proactively and independently (without management) to increase the fundamental understanding of the company, explain future growth strategy, position the company so that they can appreciate it, thereby improving its visibility and resulting into a better and wider fundamental understanding of the company. The Valorem team meets with over 150 new sell side and buy side analysts proactively and independently every year on behalf of each client, a service offering that is unique to Valorem Advisors and no other IR company.

Quarterly Earnings Activities

Each quarter end during earnings season, we prepare earnings presentations, press releases, management speech and potential questions for the earnings calls for our client companies. We also plan events like quarterly earnings conference calls, analyst meets, brokerage house conferences and facilitate these events in a seamless manner.

Reporting & MIS

Each month end Valorem summarizes the feedbacks received, perceptions on different aspects of the business, list down follow up questions or information required from the monthly proactive and independent meetings done with sell-side and buy-side analysts for our client managements in order to provide a transparent and actionable MIS report on monthly IR activities.
